A Bug/Glitch On Console?

So, I decided to give my deceased dog the ambrosia treat to bring her back to life, but apparently Dolly’s grave won’t go away, I can’t mourn it or delete it I can only engrave the epitaph, leave a sugar skull offering, read the epitaph, or put it in my inventory! I have no idea how to get rid of it! Pls help, is this a bug? Is this a glitch?

@Mrscboop i have played multiple games where I've killed a sim and them brought them back to life. the grave remains even though the sim is brought back to life

@Thats_Me_Madz I put the urn in the household in inventory but I have no idea how to get rid of it!
