@SalixCat I live in America EST time zone. I know we usually get STS at 11 a.m. my time, so I opened up my device and opened up the Sims mobile and the STS event wasn't there at that time. I keep on checking the App Store and nothing there either. Do you know how long it takes for the App Store to clear an update? Is that what we're waiting for? It is currently 1:45 p.m. EST, do you know how many more hours from now I have to wait?

@SalixCat I wish they would clarify what time / day is the update. It doesn’t matter what time zone it is as we can always convert it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@SalixCat I'm in Australia, according to the time it's meant to go live, was 3.30am in the morning for us here, as we are a day ahead.
I'm not sure where it is, but no update here yet which is strange?

With updates, it's hard to tell when they'll be live. It's all in the hands of Android and Apple when they'll allow the update to show up in the app stores.
Sadly nothing anyone at EA can do anything about.
