It will be possible to build second and third floor on any of our houses.

Second floor permit

20 000 Simoleons for players level 14 and above.

Third floor permit

80 000 Simoleons for players level 25 and above.

Woah! I'm actually shocked about this multilevel upgrade! Hope no crashing during builds. Lots of stuff to place on my 2nd & 3rd floors. Thanks for the new gameplay EA :-)

Is this second and third floor also possible on your mainlot?

I did try to find a near information about but it only says everywhere in Briny Heights..so also on your mainot?????? Please😁😍

The update will bring some changes in item limit and save size of our games to prevent several issues  😉

Some really cool updates.  I really like idea of adding second & third level, but why do we have to pay for the room shapes a second time?

 
That seems a little unfair since many of us had to buy those the first time around.  I get buying the supports & the building permits, but re-buying rooms I currently already have makes no sense to me or my bank account. 

Any chance this is a glitch?  🤞
