[CC Related] Shoes On Werewolves [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Strangerville, Vampires, Werewolves
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Console Command a sim into a werewolf. Go into CAS, unlink the beast form. Close the game, open it again and go into CAS, unlink the beast form again.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim's beast form is now wearing irremovable random shoes.
What do you expect to see? The werewolves to not be wearing shoes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Werewolves pack exclusive problem.

Hi, I have some Sims i made before the release of the Werewolves pack that I then used console commands to turn into werewolves. They were just fine the first time I edited them, but when I went into the game to edit them again, they suddenly have shoes on. Just random shoes, not even ones their human forms are wearing. I can't take them off because shoes aren't an available category for beast forms. I've seen several other people have this problem as well. Is this just something that needs to be patched, or can I do something to fix it myself?

i have this issue too, im assuming its a mod issue but honestly i have no idea where to start in fixing it

a quick update that the shoes do not appear if i remove all my CC, however i don't think it's a CC issue, i think the game just randomly assigned the beast form a pair of shoes and they didn't appear upon removing CC because they just weren't in the game anymore. the two wolves that are having the issue were assigned different shoes.

Go into full edit mode and hit random selection and it should work. It did for me at least

@barbedwirebutch Has everyone tried this with no mods/cc at all in the game and then try to replicate on a fresh game ?

Bug reported here need to be tested on vanilla.

Does anyone here used mods ? Was it a turned werewolf for everyone but also CAS created ?

Having this issue too. I use mods and cc and didn’t have the problem in a vanilla game. Maybe there’s some new tag to shoes that cc shoes don’t have yet, so they get somehow selected on the werewolf form?

Having the same issue on Windows PC. 

Tried the randomizing solution but shoes were back on the werewolf when it turned after CAS. 

In my case the sim was turned in-game, so no cheats involved. I use CC but the bug occurs even without em, it also happened with vanilla tattoos in my case.

I have this issue as well.

For me it started when the season changed from fall to winter.

The shoes didn't appear until then. I'm on Windows PC.

Same problem for me on Windows PC. I tried "random selection" and still no change. It shows that they are gone in CAS when i do that, but they are back on again after I exit. Sometimes different shoes. what ever shoes they are wearing, they are the same ones with every outfit.. I even tried a possible fix with Sims 4 Studio I saw elsewhere. Still no change. It's getting to be very annoying honestly. This only effects shoes. No other CC content for me.
