Problems with Sauna in Sims 4

Hi there:

I am having problems with my Sims using the Sauna. Whenever I click on it I get the options pop up, I click on the option and the sauna icon briefly appears in the Queue, however after a few seconds the icon disappears. Any tips, tricks or solutions on how I can resolve this?

Are you sure that access to the sauna is clear?  When it disappears from the queue like that, it usually means a route block.  So, to figure it out, try using the Go Here option first, then when the sim gets there, click on the sauna to use it.  If the sim can't get there, keep trying using the Go Here option along the route to determine where the block is happening.  Once you locate the location, remove or adjust the build to clear the block.

Thanks but there is no problem with them getting there, they can sabotage it, but not relax

Are you using mods and/or CC?  If you are, have you tried testing the sauna in a vanilla save without the mods/CC?  There could be a CC item that is causing the options on the sauna to not show up.  If you test and find that the options on the sauna are there, then you'll have to hunt down the CC item that is causing the problem and remove it.
