My game deleted everything??

So I just updated the game, and when I restarted the game it deleted literally everything.

None of my households or houses are there.. completely starting from 0.

All of my cc that I downloaded is not showing up in the game either.

I checked my mods folder to see if my content was still in the folder, and it is, so I really don't know what happened or how to fix it. 

Kinda sad that all my gameplay is lost tbh... 

Is there anything I can do?

@SelinaBaertschi  Please check in-game which folder Sims 4 is using:

https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

and compare that to the full file path of the Sims 4 folder that contains your mods, which you can see by right-clicking and selecting Properties > General.  If the file paths don't match, move your mods, saves, etc. to the path the game lists.

If you're not sure what to do from here, please post both file paths.
