What happens when the bug occurs? I look in the build/buy menu, but i dit not get my "gnome on the go" pack. I bought Country Living earlier today.
What do you expect to see? Having the 3 items as I bought the game in time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I bought the Cottage Living from games.mail.ru. Actually, I preordered it about a day before the release. But I don't have a bonus content.
I purchased the pack through a third party vendor and redeemed the code at Origin. I expected to get the bonus code, since nothing said that you have to buy it directly from Origin.

So... It's marked as solved but there are new posts about the same issue, aka missing "Gnome on the go" items. I was thinking about buying Cottage Living EP but I'd like to know if I'll have to spend extra time on contacting EA help to get what is advertised. EA - put yourself together, please. The situation looks really sad and unprofessional at this point.
I called EA help several times. Specialists on the other side were rude anndd unproffessional. I didn't receive bonus content yet. I'm very sad about the prodduct and about support.
