I can`t change my Sims 4 game from some Chech language to English or Ukrainian

Hey @nastya0821 what platform are you playing on?
If playing on the EA app can you try changing the default language on the app to English and then try the game again.

I even tried change language to English in "Registry Editor" Locale "en_US" , but then game said that this Lenguage doesn`t support. So I guess EA gived me a gime only with one language. How to install other languages?

When my Orging app made me switch to EA, I went on my Sims 4 game and the game launched but the language was Czech. I repaired my game but nothing changed. I then re-installed my game and changed the language back to English. When I launched my game it was in English but my add-ons didn't work, I then repaired my game and when I launched it has reverted back to Czech again. What can I do to resolve this issue as I am not sure what I can do anymore. I have spoken to somebody from EA on the chat but they told me to report my issue here as they said it is an issue that they are working on.

Hey @LauraAdamska16,
You posted your question on the German-speaking side of AHQ, so I am moving this thread over to the English forums. Always make sure to post on the correct forums to best get answers to your questions.
To change the language of your game, you need to reinstall it. It looks here that you've already done that and it didn't work.
Could you try searching for The Sims 4 game in the EA app store and download it from there?
If that doesn't work, I would recommend you reach out to EA support again so they can check your account and see if you do have the English version of the game on your account. You can get in touch here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

I'm encountering a similar issue but with Russian and Czech languages. I'm using the Mac OS version, and my system language is set to Russian, including OS, Origin, EA App, and Sims 4, all in Russian. In my game version, I have Czech, Polish, and Russian languages available.
Previously, everything worked fine on Origin, but after transitioning to the EA App, Sims 4 stopped launching and displayed an installation error. After performing a restore, the game launched but in Czech language. I've reinstalled the 65 GB game several times. Once it ran correctly in Russian after reinstalling, but subsequent attempts to launch resulted in the same installation error.
The most critical issue seems to be that after each restore, the game defaults to Czech language (possibly because Czech is listed first among the languages). It appears that the restore process does not consider the language setting during installation.
Please investigate how localization settings are handled during the restore process. This is a critical issue for me as I am unable to play in Czech; I only understand Russian and English.
