Of course!

First of all, it works WAY better on Edge than Chrome, for some odd reason. I'd suggest using any browser that isn't Chrome for this:

Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/, and login. Then pop that back into the address bar and refresh - you'll want to be sent to that exact page.

Close any popups that appear, and choose The Sims 4, then PC.

Then choose "Manage My Account" from the buttons.

Now choose "Find missing game" from the next set of buttons that should have appeared.

Choose the blue "Select contact option" button.

Now scroll down to the bottom of the page and select  "Chat".

Unfortunately, that is the easy bit - you now need to completely ignore/reject any mention they may have of "server issues" or "our developers are fixing it soon", and insist they check the region of your Sims 4 base game product, and replace it with the right one for English language. This isn't a bug - and if it was, it happened when Origin moved over to EA Launcher. They need to manually fix it.

It helps if the game and the EA Launcher are uninstalled when this happens.

Hi!
I'm in Poland and want to download a game (The Sims 4) on my Mac. My native language is English and that's what I want to play with.
I created a new account and selected the region as USA and my preferred language as English. 
However, when I press 'Download' on the sims, it asks me what language to download it in, and the only option I get are: Czech, Polish and Russian.
There's no option for English! Can someone please help me with this issue? 
I haven't found any solutions online

You have to contact support and ask them to add the English basegame version to your account.

how i can download back my sims 4 in English language. I unistall it and wanted download back but now i can only find Polish Russian and Cezch languages . before it was English...

I can't install the sims 4 in English, because  I have purchased it years ago in a version that supports Polish, Czech and English, even though the game has gone free to play a while ago. I was told by an advisor to try and install it in English on a newly created EA account and it only shows the three languages there too! This is honestly really annoying as the shop lists all the supported languages.

If you're experiencing this issue after switching from Origin for Mac to EA app for Mac, please report it in this thread: Sims 3 or 4 only in English after going from Origin for Mac to EA app for Mac. A fix (linked here) for this specific issue has been rolled out.

my whole game has changed language from English to czech! i have no idea why, i am from england and i bought my game here, i am not in anyway czech so i dont understand this sudden change. When i had been playing sims yesterday it was fine, i only used the ea app to repair my game but thats it.

How can I change the Sims 4 to English?

Purchased it in Ukraine so the only available languages were Russian, Polish and Czech. Already tried to uninstall the game and change the language to English in the Origin/EA account settings but unfortunately it didn't work

How can I change the language to English without loosing all the packs/kits that I have previously purchased?
