TS4 Digital Deluxe languages.

Hiya! So I've bought TS4 language locked version 6 years ago, but now I want the game in English, so I bought the deluxe version. The game still only has Polish/Chech/Rus options and idk what to do. Support has not been writing back to my emails! Pls help!

The languages available are dependent on what region you've purchased your copy of the game from. If you've got the language-locked version, purchasing the Digital Deluxe upgrade won't change the available languages for you. 

Instead, if you're looking to get different language options, you can try reaching out to the live support team to see if they can change the region version you currently have on your account. You can contact live support through the help site here to have them look into those options with you- if you have any troubles getting in touch with the team there, please let me know.

@Sarajuku Hello, I had the same problem, unfortunately you need to buy The sims 4 Digital deluxe version so-called global version, i.e. the multilingual version that also has English.

I found a game key on allegro (Polish Amazon) its for the base game sims 4 global, if i ask ea to remove the base game will the deluxe version that ive bought interfere? or does the deluxe version encrypt into the normal base game?

@SarajukuAs far as I remember, I did not ask for any removal. I just bought the version I wanted and it was automatically installed and I set the desired language.

Did you have any DLCs? If i dont remove the game will the dlcs transfer from the originally bought to the global one that was bought?

So I recently found out that to have a non language locked verions of TS4 i have to get the language locked game removed by staff and buy a global key. I have no problem with that, but i have a lot of DLCs, and im not sure that if i have the base game removed it will also remove my DLCs, pls help !
