Can't find bundle

I have been trying to do the build your own bundle option for months. Frankly im fed up. of the expansions, i don't own 2. Of the game packs i don't own 2. and the stuff, well there's quite a bit of that i still don't own as well. Now i know Growing together was just released so that will take a bit, BUT Highschool Years has been out since the end of July 2022 (currently its march of 2023) and it still wont show up for me. Further more, Werewolves was released early June 2022, and Wedding Stories OVER A YEAR AGO NOW (Feb 2022) and neither of these are available for the bundle as well. Last time i reached out i was told it was a known issue with many individuals and they were working on a solution and i would be contacted with answers but that was almost 6 months ago. I just want some answers as to why these are not being made available for bundling after being available individually for so long when previously i've only had to wait a week or two to bundle the newest expansion/game packs in the Build Your Own Bundle option.

Hi @nekobabykate,

We've added your post into the main thread on this. The packs you've listed as not yet owning aren't available to be bundled yet. That would be why they haven't appeared when you've gone to the Build Your Bundle page. There's no information available yet on when these packs can be bundled.

@EA_Lanna can you at least tell us WHY they aren't available? The usual excuse is that the packs are too new, but that obviously isn't the case this time, so why can't we bundle the packs. Is it a coding error? Because at this point I have to speculate that since we haven't gotten any new stuff packs that they are basically trying too discourage us from bundling so bundling can slowly be a thing of the past just like stuff packs.

For about 2 months now maybe going on 3 months i been trying to do the bundle and save where you buy expansion pack game pack and stuff pack and it's on sale every time, I tried to buy it 42% off so its $40.48. I was trying to buy the Highschool expansion pack, Jungle Adventures game pack, And the Laundry Day stuff pack. I haven't succeeded snice I'm posting this on here. i was every disappointed in the chat team i spoke with many on the website 2 of them i didn't get far they left the chat the last one today I spoke with told me she not able to help me whatsoever. She told me that im the only one that is having this issue that nobody else having this issue, and nobody else reported this issue so she not able to help me and its not a real concerned issue and because of my problem I should buy everything separate so i can get the ones i been trying to buy and it will solve my problem if i do that. I have been buying all the sims snice the Sims 1, I own every game and packs for 1 2 and 3 and I almost have all of 4. So how much money i spend with this company on this game when I can save I definitely will do it. After the online chat I call the number for assistance and the guy helped me much better but he wasn't able to resolve the issue completely he tried for his self and seen that the issue was really happening on the app and online when I tried to buy the bundle and save from the app and from online browser and I also tried to on my phone browser and every single time after 1000 tries every way possible many chats and email waiting for a email back and never getting one the guy on the phone said he going to do the same thing and write a report on it and do this he told me to write a report on here and someone will help me here. So every way possible it lets me pick a game pack and a stuff pack but doesn't let me pick a expansion pack at all. It doesn't show any expansion pack to pick from.  So i cant even check out i put in Jungle adventure and laundry day but no matter what doesn't let me put in High school years expansions pack it doesn't even show any of them to put in. 

HELP ME I BEEN TRYIN TO BUY THE BUNDLE AND SAVE HIGH SCHOOL YEARS JUNGLE ADVENTURES AND LAUNDRY DAY FOR $40.48 FOR TO LONG AND I HAVENT GOTTEN HELP

@damudda72  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  High School Years is not yet available for bundling, which is why you can't create the bundle you want.  There's no word yet on when HSY will be added, but you can keep an eye on this thread for updates.

And no, you're not the only one; this is a global problem.

@damudda72 I'm so sorry you were lied too. I would suggest tweeting or posting this elsewhere and tagging the sims and popular sim creators to help get the message out because this is a problem that has been happening for more than a year with no updates.

Does anyone know when the new Growing Together expansion pack will be available to build a bundle with?

@MythicKat Given that some of the older ones still aren't, I don't think it's any time soon.

I have been waiting to download any new game and stuff packs until Growing Together came out so I could bundle them. 

It is now saying that I own "all expansion packs". I have not purchased Growing Together yet for this very reason. 

Please help!
