Overview

jump to: How to Bundle
For those playing Sims 4 in Windows or macOS, EA allows players to customize and buy a bundle of DLC at a discount over the packs' individual prices. The bundle must consist of one expansion, one game pack, and one stuff pack, all currently eligible for bundling (see below) and unowned by the player. Kits are not included at this time.
If you own all eligible packs in one category, you won't be able to create a bundle.
Console players do not have the ability to bundle at this time.
All packs are currently eligible for bundling except for the following:
There is no information on when bundling will be enabled for these packs.
EA App
Open "My collection," click the Sims 4 icon, and under "The Sims 4," click "Bundle & save," which will be next to "Add-ons." If you cannot create a bundle because you already own all eligible packs in one category, you will not see this button.
Otherwise, choose your preferred expansion, game pack, and stuff pack, and proceed to checkout.
Origin
Hover over Browse Games, then The Sims, and click The Sims 4 Build Your Bundle:
If you cannot create a bundle because you already own all eligible packs in one category, you will see a "Bundling not available" message.
Otherwise, choose your preferred expansion, game pack, and stuff pack, and proceed to checkout.

I know it takes a couple of weeks to be able to build a bundle with a new pack but I've been trying for days to bundle with Wedding Stories. It's the only game pack I don't have and Get Together is the only Expansion pack I don't have. I don't know if it's just because Wedding Stories isn't available to bundle right now or if it's because I only have one of each for game and expansion packs. I really just don't want to buy them all separately.

EA ha not announced when Wedding Stories will be available for bundling.

And here we are with the next game pack out - three and a bit months later and the pack is still not available for bundle with Origin.

I wanted to build a bundle for The Sims 4 as there are several packs I don't currently own, but when I go to the bundles page, it only lists four pre-made bundles and there's no option to build your own. has this option been removed permanently?

@jillianbillingsYes, I think the build the bundle option was only available when you bought sims with your packs but now that the base game is free to play though are now expired. They are using the DLC for the end of life funding for the next few DLC and The Sims 5.
Edit though it may take while to build a new game, at least we know it is coming at some point.

I’m not sure that’s true, I’ve owned the base game for years and have used the build a bundle in the past. usually you pick 1 expansion pack, 1 game pack and 1 stuff pack. I don’t believe the base game was ever part of the bundles.

@jillianbillings You can still bundle through Origin, although I don't think the EA App has that function at the moment. If you need to reinstall Origin, you can find a download link here:
Sign into Origin, find Sims 4 in the store (not in your game library), and scroll down to just below the info in "Overview," like so:
Click the Build Your Bundle button and you should be good to go.
Please keep in mind that High School Years, Werewolves, and Wedding Stories are currently not available for bundling.
@Sid1701d9 It has been possible for a number of years to bundle the expansion, game pack, and stuff pack of your choice, aside from the occasional lockout of the newest releases. Buying the base game at the same time has never been a requirement.

I found it, thank you!! I had been using the EA app so had to reinstall Origin. High School Years is the only EP I don't own so unfortunately it won't let me build a bundle. I read in other threads that EPs are usually available to bundle a few weeks after release but it's been out since the end of July. any idea when/if it'll be an option for bundling?
