Free in game rewards in the sims issue

Thank you so much. It worked, I updated my MODS and when I started the game up, the pop up came up straight away. So I have managed to claim the rewards. 

Did everyone else get the free copy of Desert Luxe Kit, as it came up on the 15/06 when I logged in and because I didn’t realise about my MODS, I wasn’t able to claim it. How do I get hold of someone to get a code, as it is the second time it has been free and I have tried to get it and the system hasn’t worked.

I opened up the sims 4 and clicked on 'kits' to browse and at the top I saw an advertisement for desert luxe for free, I click on it, but it doesn't prompt me to download, I go to purchase it and it says it's $4.99, not free.

I have the latest version and even just 'repaired' the game from the app menu.

What do I do to fix this problem?

Hi @DilutedDreams  Maybe it's a glitch because that was a gift from two years ago.

Try delete caché: localthumbcache.package in The Sims 4 file.

When I open Sims 4 through the EA app on my pc, it says I can claim Desert Luxe kit for free. When I click the link, I still have to pay for it. Is it possible to claim it for free, or is it somehow outdated? PS. My game is updated. Does anyone know how I can claim it?

The offer is out of date. It expired around Oct. 2022.
