Can't redeem Desert Luxe for free

Hellooo, I don't know if this is a visual bug or if I am supposed to be able to get a free kit.
But by the looks of it, the desert luxe kit is supposed to be a gift but I can't actually get it for free.
Does anyone know if the kit fr is free atm, because as far as I can tell it hasn't been since 2022.

So when I started my game up it said I could redeem my free gift for being part of the community. However when I tried it said I had to pay for it. Ea/ Sims4 so what's going on? Also this is June 2024 that it popped up before anyone says that's old...

It shows up just like your screenshot, and when I click on claim now, it says 'this pack is unavailable for purchase'
I've also gone via the EA store and it's listed as the full price.
I am having the same issue. When I press buy now, it doesn't come up for free.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure if you can but It appears that the menu has "Claim Now" after I am missing the Desert Luxe Kit from my "Add on's"
What happens when the bug occurs? I no longer have Desert Luxe Kit in my add on's since i claimed it two years ago for free and it now appears in the menu for me to "Claim Now" for being a valued member of the community for free but when clicked it redirects me to the store to charge me for 4.99
What do you expect to see? I expected to have the Desert Luxe Pack as "Installed" but instead see "claim now" in the menu store and have it in my "Add - Ons"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I booted up Sims 4 after buying a few packs in the store on the EA App (Growing Together, Book Nook Kit, Blooming Rooms (Free) My Wedding Stories, Bathroom Clutter, Everyday Clutter, Chef Hustle, Kids Room) when the game started on the menu it suggested the Desert Luxe Kit which I should of already had upon checking in the Kit section it had a prompt that said " For being a valued member of the community this kit is for free Claim Now" which I had done in the past to get the kit (maybe two years ago) but when I click it, it redirects me to a purchase screen and attempts to charge me $4.99. Ive tried repairing and reinstalling and both issues remain the Kit isn't present in my Add On or in game and the prompt always is present in my menu. I contacted the EA Help and they told me they couldn't grant the content because it was a free item and not purchased and to wait for a fix for the bug but im not sure if its a bug or an error either way I wanted to mention it here. I provided the image of the prompt and the discussion with EA Help.
I have the same issue. I saw that reply that it was since 2022. But how come some people are getting this? I thought I got it because I just purchased something from the store. :/
