Hello,
I bought sims 4 over 2 years ago on PS4 I just saw that some people were able to get compensation I would like to know why I paid for the game and received nothing in compensation.

Hi there @Amineokaki952, we didn't get any compensation at all. But for a short time in Autumn 2022 we could claim the Desert Luxe kit for free. So unfortunately it's quite a long time ago now.
