Xbox Sims lot flagged cc

I play on the Xbox console series s and as you know you cant have CC or Mods on the game. I've just finished building a lovely build using pictures off the gallery, I've been building this for over a week and had no problems up until I finished it and uploaded it to the gallery, it never showed in my gallery and was flagged as CC. I tried load up the house but my game just cuts off to the Xbox load screen. This just keeps happening Everytime I load up. I can't access the lot to delete anything that is classes as CC even though it technically isn't Custom content. I need help with this as alot of us builders rely on gallery content to make our homes more modern or more to our taste.. what is the point in being able to make things and upload them to the gallery if you get flagged for using them. I need help with my game as I'm at a loss and I dont know how to fix this without losing the build i made with all the hours and days and final touches (we all know how hard this is on Xbox controller to make things line up)

@WiggyT71 What's your gallery ID? Since you tried to upload the lot, I could check to see if it's not showing up at all or just something locally with your game failing to load it. I don't see a WiggyT71 on the gallery though.

@WiggyT71  Check your lot for paintings and photos. Your lot probably has a painting made with Paint from Reference or a photo. These are considered custom content, even on console.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take Photos of Sims with the item: Crystal Clear Digital Camera. Add photos to a room or build and upload to the gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever you take family photos with the item "Crystal Clear Digital Camera" and try to upload builds to the gallery.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the build or room upload to the gallery without the wrench icon.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Every time I use this camera: Crystal Clear Digital Camera to take family photos and upload the build or room to my library or gallery it marks the builds as "CC/Modded" which I never used and this happens on my Xbox One as well. While I am able to find these builds using the filter on my laptop, I cant find them while on my Xbox because Xbox doesn't have the filter option. It only happens with this camera. The other cameras don't have the wrench icon when uploading family photos.

@DaenerysLovegood All family photos and paintings are supposed to flag as cc, it's by design.

What happens when the bug occurs? Lot is tagged as having custom content
What do you expect to see? No CC tag.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I know this was reported several years ago but I see no recent posts or workarounds. Issue was solved when I placed all custom photos in the household inventory.
