When ever I go to play in the new world my game takes me out to the world select screen and gives me this error:
I can play perfectly fine in any other world but as soon as I try to go to Chestnut Ridge this happens.
I've of course already:
Nothing has seemed to work and now I'm feeling like I've been cheated out of my money
———EDIT: Completely uninstalling EA app as well as the game and reinstalling somehow fixed the issue and let me play with my same saves and mods again.

@OhShxtItsKira Just to be clear, this happened in the new save as well? If so, please try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account. You'll be able to launch Sims 4 without reinstalling anything, but your saves and other user content won't be available. That can be addressed later; for now, just let me know whether you can load Chestnut Ridge, and if not, whether you get exactly the same error or a different one.
Please also try selecting different lots within the world, quitting and reloading Sims 4 in between, and let me know if any of them work. I'm also curious whether you can load them in Build/Buy.

Thanks but I managed to fix it. I had to completely uninstall the game AND the EA app and reinstall everything from zero and suddenly it works with all my mods and save files back in.
I don’t know what caused it but I’m guessing it had something to do with the EA app not installing the pack correctly.

Hi! Just wanted you to know that I have tried your option of uninstalling my Games and the EA app. When I loaded into the game, I was able to go into Chestnut Ridge. I was so excited and happy to see that i could do this. However, I had to start a new save file because my original was corrupted. I'm not mad because I still have all of my builds and sims that I created. Just wanted to say thank you for the advice.
