Strange travel bug

was playing decided to take my sims to the park when I returned to my home lot the game became unresponsive couldn’t click on anything the game is also really slow and laggy since the last 4 patches it seams to happen when I travel no matter if there’s an event going on or not

I’ve tried repairing the game resetting the folder nothing helps I’m on PC I have no mods or CC

@I-Sim4ever_80 Travel to any lot or specific ones ? Do you have issues with other families/saves as well ?

It anytime I travel in my game in all saves I haven’t tried with a new game yet

@I-Sim4ever_80 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

No unfortunately not

I haven’t patched my game since the last one I may update on Monday as there’s a new patch out
