I think most functions in my game works. But when I want two sims to try for a baby, the action won´t happen. It´s like their arms are glitching, and then the action gets crossed out. I´ve tried moving the bed and changing it, but it won´t help. I downloaded some mods before it happened, but then deleted them. Maybe that´s what caused the issues? Anyways, I need help fixing the bug. Having babies is an important function for me in sims 4.

@Annikah2019 After deleting mods, did you also delete the file called localthumbcache? And does the action work in a different household?

@Annikah2019 No. The localthumbcache.package file is some short-term memory your game is holding. One of the things that can happen if you remove a mod from the Mods folder but don't delete that file is that the game can act like at least part of the mod is still in the Mods folder.
Here's how to test to find out if mods are causing your problem: vanilla testing. Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. Exiting without saving means that your Sims don't lose their CC hair etc. next time you load that save. Your mods/CC will be safe in the folder on your desktop for you to put back in the new Mods folder.
You'll find some helpful info about how to manage your mods and CC in How to Use Mods and CC

@Annikah2019 I'm going to move you to Game Issues. It's more likely that someone there has seen this.
