Sims 4 unable to bathe infants

So I'm on the latest patch 1.107.151.1020 and I'm unable to use baths or sinks to "clean up" infant sims, i click to perform the interaction and my sim walks over to the sink with the baby and nothing happens,

@Friendlysimmer1 Are you using any mods/cc ?

Have you tested multiple households/saves to see if it's an issue with the lot/save game ?
