Reward Trait still available after purchase

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to purchase reward trait. they are all still showing available even after some are showing as a purchased trait.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bought traits appear still buyable from rewards store..
What do you expect to see? Trait that has been previously purchased should be greyed out in order to show you have purchased it previously.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My game was never 'fixed' though I'm seeing the previous bug report was closed as fixed.  Reopening since the issue still exists. Occurs across save files, across characters, across worlds. No exceptions.

Heyyyyy! That worked!  Thanks for the repair suggestion. I would have thought just the update would have fixed it.
