Sims can’t travel anywhere

Same thing is happening to me. It’s only one household living in a rental unit on a downloaded cc lot. So I moved someone else into the same lot different rental unit and it’s fine. I want to fix it I just don’t know which mod is causing it because I created the sim and moved in and furnished all at the same time before attempting to travel.
