Objects don’t come when Moving Household/no funds from selling items

When I have my sims move their household to a different lot and choose keep all items, they are not in my household inventory once I move.

In addition, when I choose to sell all my household items, the money I should be making from the sale do not enter my household funds. So every time my sims move they are losing all the money they spent on objects unless I place everything in my household inventory BEFORE I choose to move household.
