Loading screen after selecting one specific household

Hello simmers,

I am having issues loading one specific household ever since moving from origin to EA, I have tried other households and they are all fine but when I click on this one specific household it remains on the loading screen however I can hear the sound that it makes as if it has loading but still see the loading screen,

I don’t currently have any mods on as I’ve done the solution of removing them to see if that is the problem but that didn’t help. I have also tried restoring a backup copy of one of the saves but still the same issue

if someone has any suggestions that would be great

@Aoife22x Can you evict the family from the map and place them in a different home. Then check if they load

If they do, please try another family on lot that didn't load.

This is to find out if it's the family or the lot that is the issue.

Try on a backup of your save game.
