Loading Screen Forever

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have everything except the Journey to Batuu, Party Essentials, Goth Galore, Poolside Splash, Simtimates, Decor to the Max, Carnaval Streetwear, Modern menswear, and Fashion Street packs/kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know how you can find the bug yourself except by happening upon it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck on loading screen between travel spots and manage world. Pretty much anytime there is a loading screen, there's a chance the game will get stuck on the loading screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the loading screen for a few minutes and then the game load into whichever screen I was trying to get to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. While I am not 100% sure because I had not played too long on my new laptop before the new expansion pack came out, I only started noticing the loading screen issue after the Lovestruck expansion and emergency patches.

Sometime when traveling with a sim, switching to manage world, or returning to the main menu the loading screen will never stop loading. The plumbob spins forever and the advice never changes. Even if I just let the game load for an hour, it never will. I can't close the game unless I force shut it with task manager. I can hear game sounds if I travel to another lot but I'm not able to force bring up the save game and exit emergency popup.

@crinrict Yes. It’s still happening. I cannot play sims 4 at all. If my sims travels I get the never ending load screen. No I refuse to send a save file because every time I have an issue it doesn’t seem to solve anything also I’m not the only person having this issue. At this point it is clear it’s EA and yet no post came out. Instead I see EA is making more stuff to sell lol on a broken game. I cannot play a game I paid hundreds of dollars for. I refuse to play without mods because the game is absolutely terrible. Most mods I have either fix EA errors, coding or add sorely lacking gameplay. (Sorry EA watching a sim vanish from screen is not what I described as game play). So this note I am writing, hoping that someone found what is causing the glitch. Because I do not believe EA cares if my game works. I am right now not playing at all ever since Lovestruck came out. My game experience and thousands of dollars I put into this game came to a screeching halt.So if anyone knows what is causing the endless load screen (I get no LEs) it would be wonderful. The player above posted his thread a month ago and no responses. He has not said if he tried without mods. I have and I keep having issues. I am not a computer person and I just want to play my game. Currently it’s so broken no matter what I’ve tried (removing mods, removing cc, reloading a new sims game, repairing …) nothing helped.
