Happy Home Login Event: Event Disappeared from Main Menu [ Edited ]

Problem

I had the happy home login event at some point but now it disappeared. 

Cause

Unclear. Please answer these questions

1. What's your OS ?
2. What's your game version ?
3. What language is your game ?
4. What country are you in ?
5. Did you have troubles at all before it first appeared ?
6. Do you still have the freezer bunny tile ?
7. If you're on a mac, are you using EA app or Origin ?
8. Any mods/cc in your game ?
9. For EA app: Please provide the EA app Error Report number
10. Did you do anything specific when it disappeared (like updating the game)

I now have the case (after the patch?) that I was able to request all 3 items last week. But since this week the event has disappeared from me and I can no longer see anything. Although it was shown to me on Monday that my second week would start in a few days and that I could then get the items. Since the patch, no pop-up or information is visible in the main menu. It's gone.

EA = please roll out an event like this when it runs smoothly! Why always these buggy things? What's going on with you?

@urmeli_11 Do you not have the freezer bunny tile anymore ? What platform are you playing on ? Did you update the game yesterday ?

Hi Crin,

yes I´ve updated the game yesterday - I´m on the latest version now.

No, I don´t have the freezer bunny anymore on the main menu since the patch. Just advertising for the two new sets.

I´m playing on Windows 10 and I haven´t brought new CC into the game since the update. I also put all CC out, deleted the cache and tried it again = no pop-up and no freezer bunny anymore.

@urmeli_11 That is a bit odd. Could you run the error reporter and post the number here for the CM. Instructions in the solution post.

I am facing the exact same issue as her (urmeli_11). The event tab does not show up on the main menu after the patch! Please let me know once you've found a solution

(Windows 11, no mods/custom content and I've already deleted the game and reinstalled it) (before the patch it worked normal, but now the event seems to have gone)

Hi everybody. In general, for me this event started a week ago for sure, but it feels like it probably started even earlier. And the problem is that a message about this event popped up, I received the first reward, and after that I can’t get anything and I don't see anything. There is nothing on the main page about this event, no notifications either. It's like it just disappeared. At the same time, I have the reward that I've received and it is available (darts). That's it, and there's nothing I can do. I have already disabled and removed all the mods, but still nothing. Please help

P.S. I'm Mac user

But it just tells us to be patient and to wait and see if the event will have started by  June 13th

@illusie Urmeli's issue seems a bit different as they had it and now they don't.
