Game not loading

I’ve been trying to make my game load since yesterday and it’s still stuck. I’ve tried taking the mods folder out, repairing the game and restarting my laptop but it’s still not working

is there any other ways I can try to fix this?

@batbfv15ojn08 Is it a save that doesn't load or are you stuck before the main menu ?

Do you have any eps/gps/sps downloaded? If you do, this could cause lag depending on the model of your laptop.

Download the FREE version of Revo Uninstaller. Use it to completely uninstall EA app from your laptop. Wait about an hour and then
re-download the EA app. Log into your account and hopefully your game will load.
If it doesn't, try clearing the cache. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the EA app homepage. Choose "Help" and then "Clear Cache".
