How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? most expansion packs; no hrose ranch, love, snowy escape and no renting I think. Most gameplay except werwolf, wedding, stranger ville, star wars, jungle. almost no accessory or sets.

What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes
What do you expect to see? The game not crashing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, it could be two things. I just pre-ordered the life and death pak (I never pre-order) and since then my game crashes. But I've never heard that that could be an issue so it might be something else. I've placed a house lot from galery and tried to change things so it might be a gallery issue. Anyway I've tried 3 times and now tried repairing the game. I'll try to delete the placed lot if it's still there.

Hi, I tried another time after repairing the game and when I tried built mode and change something on the gallery lot it crashed again (4 or 5 times now), so I deleted the lot and am trying to built something like it myself and currently have no issues anymore. So I guess it was just the gallery lot I had saved and used/placed. The flatten to height tool does not work for me but I'm working around it. Thank you though. I'm just ,,glad'' it seems to be ,,just'' a gallery issue. Have a good day
