How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have most expansions installed, except the Star Wars one, the horse ranch, growing together and strangerville. I only have a few stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know what this means.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot save my game anymore. The 'save' option didn't work anymore but I found a way around it by just clicking the 'save game as' option, but that option does not work anymore now. I get to see 'scratch' and I get transported back to a family I was playing with earlier and other in-world progress is lost. Also, I often cannot edit or split a family in the manage world-mode anymore, which is extremely frustrating. Please help me fix this!
What do you expect to see? I want to be able to save my game properly and use all options the game provides.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Please see the image attached. The saving issue is really hindering my ability to play.

I do not get error 0 and it seems like parts did save, like the decorations of apartments. It seems the problem lies with the families with whom I play. I always have to circle back to a certain save from earlier...
