[FIXED] Happy Home Login Event not appearing (Past June 13th)

Got no bunny any more.

Idk if its a bug or not but in my game whenever I buy a pack every time I open the game it shows me all the packs I bought, even after looking at all the items and game play for the pack and having them over a month. It happens for kits as well. It bother me when I log into the game and having to go through all the little previews of a pack that I already bought and played with.

I'm not too sure as to why, but the Daily Login Event is unavailable for my big sister. We share the same console (Xbox) and for some reason only I can get the rewards?

When I login I immediately see the freezer bunny and the 'How To Claim Rewards' icon. When my sister login, she gets the pop ups of all the packs (You know how you just download a pack and then the window shows you new things?) and 'New Animals Coming' icon which was before the release of Sims Horse Ranch.

Quite frankly, it feels wrong (or guilt, perhaps both) that she can't enjoy the log in too, so I'm asking how to fix it? We don't have CC or any other downloaded content and we play on the XBOX. Thank you!

That sounds like your sister hasn't linked her Xbox Gamertag to an EA account. Please have her follow these steps and let us know if that resolves the issue

It took a while for the game to register that she made an account, but it worked out! The freezer bunny is there and all, but I'm worried she won't get the vending machine. Does the rewards vanish on July 4, or does it vanish on the 5th?

It’s now July first , I’ve done all the steps to try and get the daily rewards and I’ve waited and waited for all of June and I’ve received nothing , no bunny , no nothing
