Attached is a screenshot of my main menu. I have to say i am really sad and disappointed, it should really not be the responsibility of the user to somehow get the event to work -.-^^

Still don't have the Freezer Bunny tile. I've done all the troubleshooting steps and logged in/out of the EA app. No change.

Same issue here, tried all of the troubleshooting. The event does not show for me, I'm fully updated. They should have stuck with the in game delivery that isn't broken. It pains me to say that once again, I'm disappointed with something that I've invested a significant amount of money and time in.  

Edit: Before someone asks, I tried every suggestion in this thread to resolve the issue. =)
