sims 4 daily login event

im in england and i still dont have the daily login bunny pop-up for the  sims 4 and its june 14th

My Main menu also has the Step 1. Step 2 and Step 3 tiles, I also have the ad for Eco Lifestyle and I own it Still no freezer bunny tile.

The step 1, step 2, step 3 tiles are exactly what I see on the main screen as well.

I've followed all the troubleshooting steps and restarted my computer and still have nothing.

My main menu currently has the welcome tile, made by simmers like you tile, play nice? nah tile, exiting new hair colours tile, game update whats new tile, seasons of love tile, and that's it.

So far I have (in this order)

- Removed mods

- Ran the EA App Recovery: Menu > Help > App Recovery

- Deleted the cache files

- Repaired the game

- Ran the EA Error report

7. Do... do console players need the ea app to get the event? I have no pc for that... though I have linked my ea account and xbox of course...

I also only see the three tutorial videos on my main menu, they have always been there despite playing for years and turning guidance system off.

Hey all, 

We believe we've located the issue that is preventing the Happy at Home login event from displaying correctly for the players in this thread.

At this time we're engaged with several teams to resolve the issue, while I don't have an ETA on a fix to share as of yet, I'll share any updates I get here.
