I just have one question. Will there be an update for the sims mobile that allows you to use or create cc?

I doubt that will ever happen. This is a mobile version of The Sims, but unlike console, you can't mod the game. That would be cheating and you would be banned.

At the moment it's not possible to use mods on the console version of The Sims 4. 

Neither is it possible on mobile. Though it's a fun idea it's hard to establish, especially with The Sims Mobile having such a different purpose from The Sims 4. 

I'd suggest just enjoying your mods and CC on The Sims 4 for PC or Mac.
