i cant sign in without the account saying wi*****@10mail.org which isnt my email and none of my back up codes work and i have the app and it doesnt let me get signed into my account so i can play online.

Doesn't work I've tried for 3 hours today just to be told the information I've given didn't match. Well of course it doesn't match I don't know any of the information for that email. Only my actual account which I'm logged in to but can't attach it back to my Xbox account due to it being attached to this bogus email and support can't/won't do anything about it despite me giving them my personal information that I put into my account I just don't understand how this happened. I've been using ea access and ea since 2011.
