unable to open/view packs FIFA 202 Nintendo Switch

I bought FIFA 20 on August 25 and started playing FUT. I have completed 13 manager tasks and have received 4 free packs. However, when I try to go and open them, they are nowhere to be found. The packs section has a red number 4 indicating I have unopened packs, but when I go into the section they are not there. I have spoken to several reps on chat and they have not been able to find a solution. I was redirected here to report what they call "a visual glitch" so that the experts can work out the bug.

Anyone having the same issue? Has it been fixed?

My son bought this game. He has completed 14 of 15 manager tasks but there are no packs in the store for him. I completed a few for him but there were no packs rewarded. Seen this on multiple forums and quite disappointed it’s not been resolved.

It is ridiculous, so much players have the same problem and no help from EA. 

You can reproduce the problem. I have made 3 new accounts. And every time the same thing : missing packs from the manager tasks.

7 packs.
