switching from p4 to xbox mut

is there anything one can do, if at the end of this year lets say they come out with the rookie premiere cards again. And i complete it on the p4 but want to switch over to xbox next year rather than staying on p4. is there anyway that ea would give just those cards to my xbox account when madden 19 comes out and just take it away from my p4 account.? i just dont want my hard work to go to waste when i switch over. in my eyes it would be just like adding content to one account and taking it away from another. We still got ways to go till the next madden anyway i just hope ea will help me and others in my same position when the time comes.

i beleive there is no cross platform. if you do it on PS4 this year then it would only be available on PS4 next year.
