the contracts are the most frustrating part of franchise mode for me. there's still no 5th year option for 1st round rookies, every contract is back loaded so if you have a good qb he ends being paid over 60 million dollars in the last year, you can't negotiate in the off season and preseason and have to wait wait based on how good they are during the season, you can't restructure contracts. before the game came out i read something about how there were going to be realistic contracts in this years game i don't see how any of that is realistic.
