payment not taken

Hi,

I pre-ordered BFV on the 10 of Oct,

but the payment still hasn't been taken form my Paypal account.

@Alain-aka-ALIAN Pre-orders won't be charged to your payment method until much closer to the release date.

Paypal might be waiting until closer to release to send the transaction through (remember, it was pushed back a while).

I know paypal allows you to sometimes pay after delivery and stuff, maybe you clicked that box without realizing?

Thank you for replying, but it doesn't answer to the question that someone from EA would know the answer.

This is the only place I founded to ask a question, it doesn't seems that we can ask them anything directly anywhere !!

For your question, we take payment 7-10 days prior to the release of any game as it's a pre-order and not a pre-purchase.
