one of the june updates caused a glitch in gardening

Since there were 2 updates back to back, I'm not sure which one caused it, but ever since the last one for sure, there are some problems with gardening. Every time I come into the lot that I'm playing, all the plants have been watered and none of them ever need to be watered the whole time I'm playing the game. Also, ever since the new set up with showing the status of each plant, they are not getting any better. They are just stuck at the level where they were. Lastly, the emotion tree in my home garden is now only producing vimpberries, versus producing a few of each kind like it was before
