First off where did you purchase your game online or in a local retail box store?
Second, did you set your game up correctly and register it and agree to service in-game requirements?
Third, Did you make sure there are no local internet outages in your area for internet service?
Fourth, Did you make sure your PC is up to date and top performance for the game and required connections?
Fifth, Did you contact EA to create a work ticket for the above mentioned issue?
Sixth, Did you sign up with Origin to create an account with them and agree to an online player agreement ( if you bought the game through them? )
Just some tips to help guide you through your serious game connection issues.
