@spskdj in principle, I'd guess you should receive the drops since it is still the same account. I'd suggest to contact EA Help (see contact details below) because the can track your account and are hopefully able to grant you the packs if it is due to a bug (caused by unlinking the account).
please let me/us know if EA Help was helpful! I'm not exactly sure whether they can handle this because it is an issue of two different connected systems (twitch and Madden/EA).
