gallery not working on the sims 4

 this has happened to me before but in another way. Before, overtime i opened the gallery, it would close after around 5 seconds. I had to delete and re install all my sims data to fix that. But now, everytime i try to search something up in the gallery, it says results not found. even when i click on the trending hashtags, nothing happens. I constantly have to delete my data to fix this issue and its very annoying. What can i do?? is it just happening to me or others too?

I am having the same problem all day and tried everything.

My gallery won’t load, I’m online on origin and it’s just not loading other people’s sims etc I really want to use other people’s sims but it’s just not working...

The gallary is having technical issues at the moment but hopefully it will be soon fixed I am having the same problem so don't worry!
