🆕 faction Masters league minimum requirement

Whenever we add a new faction I think it would be a good idea to make it restricted to the higher leagues for example maybe Masters League Minimum and this could hold true for any additional game mechanics such as the one below that I've already mentioned ↓↓↓

There is no point making a best of 3 rule, for players who regequit and can't get 8/10 wins in Masters league challange.

The rest requires a lot of effort for little payoff, so those shouldn't be priority in the next few months.
