cant login to battlefield 1 ps4

In the past i could easily play battlefield 1 online multiplayer on my ps4. Around 3-2 weeks ago i started having problem of not being able to login into my account. sometimes i am able to login but most of the time i am unable to. through same connection, i can login to my account through battlefield companion app on my phone but not on ps4. i have a sh*tty connection which always had a high ping but i never had problems logging into my account before. any suggestions?

Well, please try to turn off your router and PS4 and unplug them for a few minutes.

check your router as above.. try and sort a cable connection from ps4 to router.. on wi-fi  connection,make sure that theres no obstacles in the way,enclosed and distant router will also effect your connection... and keep the devices that use internet to the minimum
