can't write on nfs payback

Hello there,

I bought NFS Payback for PS4 via PS STORE. I can't write anything when game starts keyboard don't responds and keeps on appearing ?????? signs when i push the letters.

What should i do?

First off I'd check your computer hardware make sure its plugged in and fully compatible with the game!

Second, I would double check them game specs for your PC and make sure the game is playable on your PC.

Third I would get a working tick from Origin from EA and write a full report to them!
