Seeing as NHL 18 was not available on XB360, I doubt NHL 19 will be available on previous gen consoles.

NHL 15 Legacy edition is available for the 360. That’s the “newest” version you can play there.
If you are curious about the NHL rules, I’d recommend the official NHL YouTube channel. There’s a great series with Snoop Dogg explaining various hockey rules.
