Surface pro is windows based and this game is for Android and Apple iOS. Don't know what kind of phone you have. For the Surface Pro there might be an Android emulator for it but that would not be officially supported by the developer. It would be cool if they made a Windows phone version for sure.

Emulators can work well, and many people use them.  There are a few android emulators that are free out there.  I use Nox on my Windows PC.
