bfv tides

On BFV i completed the tides of war "iron skin", the tank at the end has got its orange tick and says its been sent to my shipments. It has not, its not in my company or my shipments. Any body else experiencing this? Is there a fix? 

To EA and Dice, why do we have to have this shipments page anyway, why can't things go straight into our company?
