Will there be a option to toggle off/disable objective icons?

I wish there was an option to toggle off/disable the big objective icons and players names. this two things cover so much of the screen. first of all it's ugly and often you can't see enemies because they are behind the icons. The graphics are amazing but most of the the time my screen is full of red and blue icons and players names so i can't enjoy it. Will there be an option to toggle/disable it? That would make the experience so much better.

I think you can turn off the HUD all together in options, like in the first game, but I don't see why you would want to remove objective icons - those are the objectives and things you should pay attention to and work for/against. Or else you can just play blast.

in gallactic assault for example the screen is full of icons. sometimes 3 big objective icons, icons on the walkers, icons above teammates + names. so i can't really enjoy the amazing graphics because of all these icons. and often you can't see enemies because they are "behind" the icons. when you have to escort an at-at there is a big blue icon on it with "defend", so from a distance the at-at is half covered by a ugly blue icon, i want to see the walker and not an icon. i know i have to defend it.

perfect would be an toggle button. press it then you see the objective icons and you know where to go (and after you played a map a few times you know where to go even without icons), then toggle off to enjoy graphics and see enemies. if you can turn off hud it's technically possible, so why not give as some more options to customize the hud?

I get you, and agree. It's a good idea, but it needs to be hidden somewhat, or else I'm afraid that there will be less playing objectives in GA. :-/

I'm baffled by the amount of people who just run past the disruptor rifle and don't bother to pick it up and fire it...

I agree that the icons are too large and very distracting. I've been looking for ways to turn them off, but to no avail. I was watching some YouTube videos of someone playing the game on PC and the huge icons aren't there, which is very weird. The rest of the HUD was there, but the large icons were not. 

I'm sick of having to go into the options menu to turn the HUD on and off all the time.
