Will my progress transfer from Xbox to PC? I have had Battlefield 1 on the Xbox as soon as it came out. Can I get my level to the PC?

No, sorry. Cross platform rank and progress transfers like that are not possible. You will sadly have to start from the beginning on your PC version of the game.
